How do I receive my printable files?
It’s magic (almost)! Immediately after your purchase, you will see a download link on the checkout confirmation page. You will also receive an email with a link to access your files.
Tip: If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder. The internet gets hungry sometimes.
Where should I print my files?
You have options!

Home Printer: Perfect for checklists, kids' activities, and planners.

Local Copy Shop: For high-quality art prints or invitations, we recommend Staples, FedEx Office, or a local print shop. We suggest printing on "Cardstock" for a professional feel.
Do these files expire?
No! Once you download them, they are yours forever. Save them to your computer so you can print them next year, too.
Can I share the file with my friend?
We love that you want to share, but these files are for personal use only. If your friend loves the design, please send them a link to our shop! (We’re a small business, and every sale truly helps).
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Where can I enter my discount code?
On the checkout page, look for the box that says "Gift card or discount code." Type it in and hit "Apply" before you pay.

Developer/Setup Notes for You:

Create the Page: Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Pages. Click "Add Page." Title it FAQ.

Formatting: Use the "Paragraph" style for the answers and Heading 3 (H3) or Bold for the Questions. This makes it easy to scan on mobile.

The Email Address: Since you haven't set up a professional email yet (to save money), use a dedicated Gmail like onmanyoccasions@gmail.com. Do NOT use your personal private email.

Add to Menu: Once the page is saved, go to Online Store > Navigation. Add the FAQ page to your Footer Menu (Standard practice) and your Main Menu (under "About" or "Contact").
One final "Pro Tip" for the Solo Founder:
As soon as you get an email question twice, add it to this page. This page should be a living document that grows with your business.
